We are the custodians of 32 brands owned by the biggest beer brewer in the world, in most of Mexico’s regions.
Heineken had to solve a rift existing between the generation of creative concepts and the implementation of tactical efforts all around the country.
To generate a strategy that allowed us to boost communication among 32 brands, through an organized, specific and clear system designed for the needs of every region.
A system that was so successful, it is now used in five of the six regions of Heineken in Mexico.
This platform evolved our strategic scope, helping us identify opportunities to improve our relationship with the distribution channels, thanks to communication manuals developed for the Heineken brands, allowing a betterment of the brand experience among distributors, and offering them important tools to become more relevant to the final consumer.
